Jeff's Gasoline Alley
We have used Jeff's since 1994 or so. We've taken every car we've owned there for all major service (Hondas & Toyotas), with the exception of a Chrysler minivan, since they only work on imports.
In addition to being great diagnosticians, generally getting repairs right the first time, and standing behind their work, Jeff's is known for being up-to-date on recalls and tech service bulletions. They saved us abotu $5,000 on replacing an engine because they knew about a Toyota/Lexus TSB about engine oil issues leading to engine failure on some late 90s/early 2000s models. The local Lexus dealership wasn't going to tell us and resisted covering the out-of-warranty repair until Jeff told us how to go over their heads to Lexus regional.
