The staff at Jeff's has always been helpful, courteous and communicative. They are honest with me about what issues with my vehicle must be a priority, and which ones can wait to be serviced. They even provided me with a loaner car once when a particular repair for my vehicle was going to take a few days. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in an auto body shop.
Back in the winter, I had scheduled a service call for inspection, oil change, new windshield wipers, and checking the engine light. Over $1200.00 later, I had four new tires, an oil change, was told I needed new brakes, and had no inspection sticker. The day after service, the "check engine light" went back on. Paying for windshield wiper fluid? Come on...
Jeff got my baby purring again. These guys did an excellent job on my car. I had taken it elsewhere for the same problem and they couldnt figure it out. Jeff figured it out in a couple hours and had it fixed the next day. They were professional and made me feel like one of their mpst important customers even though it was the first time I'd ever been there. I highly recommend these folks!
When it comes to car repair, I think we all have a fear of being inconvenienced & taken advantage of financially. Lets face it, customer service in America is not what it used to be. Jeff's Automotive however, is run very differently from other businesses. First of all I was provided a loaner car which only required that the tank be topped off upon return. But, the most outstanding feature of this experience was that I was called and given their diagnosis along with their repair recommendations, the cost of the repair and the time the car would be finished. The bottom line was that Jeff's repaired my car, for the cost I was quoted and completed in the time they said. When I picked the car up, they even brought the bad part to the counter to show & explain to me why the car was having a problem. I left Jeff's feeling like a customer that was important to them, and that just doesn't happen very often these days.
