1999 Jeep Wrangler Question: jeep won't turn over

Went to start my jeep this morning, would not turn over. Starter good, battery good. What else could it be?

    ignition switch, neutral safety switch, battery cable(s) for a few.

    Could be Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS), had one go out on my 99 Jeep Wrangler and thought battery was completely dead at first, no crank. It is located on top of the bell housing of the transmission. Access through engine compartment to see part and go from underneath to unbolt wire harness. Easy fix!
