Hey everyone, I have a Jeep patriot year 2007. When I am driving at about 40 mph and sometimes 60 mph, I seem to get a slip or a lag when driving. It sometimes seems like it happens right before a shift, but then does it in gear at those speeds cruising along. So I go back and forth seems more like engine, but I have no warning lights what do you think Ty ? Bad gas maybe it went away after I put a fuel cleaner additive in for a bit and the dealer couldn't make it happen at that time now it's happening again, your help will.Be much appreciated ty.

I'm having the same issues on mine. Same year. Mine only seems to happen in warm weather. It kinda jumps and lags at about 3rd gear. Sometimes my check engine light will come on for a brief second. I've put a gas additive in it and it kinda ran better after I ran it empty. If it's bad fuel, why only happen in summer? I'm hoping it's not worse
