4 cylinder 2.5 Manual. Recently replaced the radiator, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and thermostat. Whenever I accel. especially from stop or in 1st and 2nd gear the Jeep feels extremely weak. Problem is more noticable when going uphill. Also, it's making a very loud clicking sort of sound from somewhere in the engine under the gearbox area while accelerating, and sputters and squeals a bit at idle. I'm unsure how bad the problem is but it seems severe. Strange because it was fine when I left work tonight but just started about halfway home. Nervous to continue driving the vehicle until it is fixed. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

MasterClicking sound under the gear box area -- Could this be an exhaust leak perhaps from the engine and manifold area? Hard to say not hearing the noise first hand.
Also, is the engine revving and the vehicle slow to move? Could be a slipping clutch.
If the engine is bogging down, you could have an exhaust restriction also.
So many possibilities...so...I would recommend a local first hand opinion.
