They are pretty honest. The price when they estimate and diagnose the work and cost expected is accurate. I feel they charge the right price. I am very happy with them because one time I thought a part needed to be replaced and they told me "No that is not necessary" so I am very pleased with them for not just charging me to fix it.
I didn't like it. I was there for about five hours with my one year old and five year old. It wasn't timely. They didn't let me know what was going on in a timely manner. I had to go to the desk to see how long it would be. He gave me the paperwork and that is when they told me what they needed to do. There is no telling how long they had the paperwork. They didn't let me know what was going on. I was just sitting there and it was hot, one of the hottest days. I had them do some work on the air conditioner and they didn't fix it. It cost five hundred dollars and they didn't give me a discount or any return service. I was up there from nine thirty until three with my two kids, the baby. I didn't like it. The main thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't let me know what was going on.

The guy who changed my oil told me I probably only really need to change my oil every six months and everywhere else tells me to do it more often. I also really appreciated the air conditioning in the waiting room.
