    Great people, Great service. Very personable and friendly; mechanics as well as receptionist. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and eager to share information with you about your car and the services it needs. very comfortable and calm environment while waiting. Will refer anyone to them who wants reasonable prices in addition to expert mechanics and pleasant people.

    I recently went to J C Car Care South for problems with my coolant system; the car was intermittently overheating. Amazingly, for a woman, I know quite a bit about cars. I've learned the hard way; I blew an engine in my twenties. I mean, who knew they needed oil? And dropped a transmission a couple of years later. High maintenance little things, aren't they? You learn...

    But coolant systems I knew very little about. What's impressive to me about your group, Jack, is that you took the time to explain to me, yes - a woman - how the darned thing worked. The cliff notes on the coolant system if you will. The thermostat reads the temperature, sensors "sense" it is overheating, sends messages via the relay switches to the fan to kick on to cool it down (or in the reverse), etc. Perhaps a bit simplified in my explanation, but I think I got it. Many might ask why this is important and why write a review about it. I'll tell you why. Because I am a single woman with a car who needs to be informed and to understand her car in a predominately male dominated field. There are a lot of snake oil salesmen out there who would just love to separate me from my money because I just don't know any better. You, Jack, not only fixed my car but taught me enough about the coolant system that should I be forced into a situation of needing to go someplace else (I hope not), I will know enough now to know better. Thank you for taking the time with me. It is most certainly appreciated.

    I took my car here twice.I have no complaints really. My car is driving good after I took my car there and that's all that matters.I had my breaks done and my starter.My car got done @ a great time not too long of a wait considering what I had done. The workers worked hard on my car and it works!I come back again. I'm happy with the place...
