J. White's Automotive has been taking care of my Ford Edge for years. The Edge had an emergency gas leak that was a recall and no new plastic tanks were available at any Ford dealership. J. White's found a metal one on E-Bay and replaced it until the dealership received the required plastic tanks which they will install when I make the appointment.
Thank you for responding Pam. I remember this repair, we got lucky when we got the last replacement tank in the state that was available for you. I wish I could tell you it was our deeply routed trade secret, but I will forever remember how lucky we were then and how grateful we were to be able to help you.

I am so happy that responded to this survey Joe, otherwise we would not have known that this is how you left our shop feeling. I am disappointed to see we missed the bar in communicating the problems going on with your car. I know it is probably too little too soon, but I have asked Jeff and Shawn to reach out to you by phone to see if there is anything they can explain to help you understand the nature of the troubles with your car and why it needed multiple stages of repairs. Please accept my apologies for letting you walk away feeling this way.
