This is the 2nd car that I've brought to J&K. Initially I brought in my Audi A4 just for the mounting and balance service (bought tires at TireRack and had them delivered to J&K; That's how I found out about these guys - via TireRack). Extreme care and attention to detail was taken (yes, I'm one of those Audi owners). The proper lug nut torque was used, no scratches, etc. Six months later and I repeat the process with a friend's car. The minimal rear brake pad wear was brought to our attention (Keith was happy to show me on-site) and we had the rear pads and rotors replaced. We received Saab parts, same day service and paid just over half what we paid in the city at the dealer! And it's right next to the Colma BART station (easy walking distance) so I didn't have to wait around. Hard to beat! Thanks Keith.
