Question: Issues w/radio, XM features

My XM function on the car radio has worked fine since purchasing the car new. Now I only get 3 standard channels, 000, 001, 247. I have sound on the preview channel, 001. XM has reactivated the radio at least 3 times but the radio never shows that it has refreshed the channels. Anyone else experience this type of problem?

    these 3 channels are active allways. the others were active as a free trial period. if you have subscribed to xm and they have tried to activate your radio without success you may have a bad xm module. does your electronic serial number match the one they have on file?

    thanks, the radio has been activated for 4 years. just recently stopped working. i will have XM double check the numbers but nothing should have changed.
