Question: issues with vista roof motor?

we have a 2007 edge with not even 60k miles on it. i love the vista roof! however, just the last couple of days we've noticed it is closing much slower than in the past. it seems like if we press the wind deflector down it does close just a tad bit faster, like it needs to be oiled. anyone else have issues with the vista roof motor??
