Water Leak Onto the Passenger Side Floor on Dodge Grand Caravan

Hood misalignment, cowl cover misalignment, wiper module drain tube(s), and/or the lower plenum drain hose may cause the HVAC housing to leak water onto the passenger side floor. Diagnoses will be required to confirm the location of a water leak in the front passenger area.

Water leaking out of the ac floor vent not the fire wall floor vent. Leaking couple months ago from drain line through firewall. Repaired with rubber elbow to divert water from dripping bank into and through firewall.
Passenger floorboard is soaking wet!
Whenever ac or heat on water accumulates on passenger side of vehicle
Water was leaking out of the handle above the passenger seat. I pulled back the trim on the roof that runs from the windshield back above the door and sealed the body joint with some body goop I picked up at Autozone. Problem solved.
I notice water on the passenger side floor after every rain. No idea where it's coming from, and would appreciate any advice/recommendations.
