Water Leak Onto the Passenger Side Floor on Chrysler Town & Country

Problem Description and Possible Solution

Hood misalignment, cowl cover misalignment, wiper module drain tube(s), and/or the lower plenum drain hose may cause the HVAC housing to leak water onto the passenger side floor. Diagnoses will be required to confirm the location of a water leak in the front passenger area.

Passenger floorboard very soaked during warm weather /AC season
leak water in the passenger side floor
The fan door that is under the fan assembly allowed water into the passenger compartment, I took off the four bolts and found the little door that allows air into the compartment completely rotten. is their a recall on this problem.
Just bought this can 3 days ago. It rained today and there is water on the passenger floor board now.
