Yes, we can help you. I would first verify my charging system, i.e. if the battery is more than 4 years old, replace it with a high quality battery. Does the alternator put out at least 14.1 volts at idle with no loads? Can you measure the maximum amperage out put? If so, what is it?
What is the milliamp draw from the negative battery post to the terminal connector after
5 -10 minutes of sitting with all doors closed, key out of the ignition and the under hood light disconnected. 43 should not really be a problem, that should not kill your battery in 3 days, most cars these days have from 40-50 milliamps. Older cars have about 10-20. Do you ever have a cooling fan stay on after you shut off your motor? That will do it.
