The car is paid for. Im a retiree on a fixed income therefore i do not have large amounts of money to repair my car. I have not been told what the cost would have been to repair each time i have gone in. I have experienced most of the problems stated from others on this site. I realize no car is totally reliable. I cannot afford to make car payments again. Has someone done the math on overall cost for the usual problems for the 2007 DTS?

"Overall cost for usual problems" that is a new one! Let's just say this vehicle has a slightly HIGHER than average overall cost for usual problems. (This is because it is a Cadillac = American-made, hi-end G.M.) Global helper is correct regarding Hondas and Toyotas...they have LOWER than average overall costs for usual problems (and they tend to have LESS problems too)
