We are considering buying this car for our Son who's a new driver. Is this car dependable after 150,000 miles and are there any known issues with it?

MasterAccording to these owners they love this car http://repairpal.com/mercury-grand_marquis-2001 but a lot depends on if maintenance was performed regularly

Visitor, March 29, 2011, 13:08ReplyTheir not dependable after 50,000,with the milage this has on it may be everything that's going to break has been repaired.One of the big things is that the intake manifold will crack.
