Is there value in performing a "fuel induction" service? on 2011 Honda Accord

Car taken to dealership for 15K service. Everything ok but dealer recommendation made for fuel induction service to protect engine from effects of ethanol. Is this necessary or of value for car maintenance?

its a great service but at a later mileage. i recomend doing it at 50k. keeps all the carbon deposits at a minimum level. Roy

Agree with Roy, use good gas but there is no need to do a fuel injection system flush unless there is a drivability issue, high emissions or high mileage where miles per gallons drop off.
