the clutch is all the way on the flore

    check the fluid. if it is low then you need either the clutch master or the slave cylinder.

    could it be the clutch it self going bad ? when it sets on a hill i have to set the break. i mean a small hill.

    No; a loss of pressure and the clutch pedal going to the floor is a hydraulic issue.

    99.99999% chance the slave cylinder has failed. This is very common. It is located inside the transmission bellhousing. It must be removed to get to the slave cylinder.
