check the fluid. if it is low then you need either the clutch master or the slave cylinder. Roy

could it be the clutch it self going bad ? when it sets on a hill i have to set the break. i mean a small hill.

No; a loss of pressure and the clutch pedal going to the floor is a hydraulic issue.

99.99999% chance the slave cylinder has failed. This is very common. It is located inside the transmission bellhousing. It must be removed to get to the slave cylinder.
