2005 Pontiac G6 Question: Is there a speed sensor located internally in the transmission of a 2005 G6?

 Rookie

I have already changed the speed sensor that is located behind and below the alternator. Transmission will not shift out of low gear. Please help!!!

    No internal speed sensor; Would love to help but it needs to be diagnosed, try to take it to someplace like AAmco for a free estimate, then let us know for a second opinion.

    I pulled a break down of the transmission from a web site and it shows item #46 to be input sensor. I will leave my feedback of the problem after I take the car to a Transmission shop for a estimate. Thanks for your help.
