Timing belt broke while driving over 50 mph.
Not sure if broke any valves. Can't tell until replace belt.
Is the 2.4 engine interferance or non interferance?
Thanks

This is an interference engine. Expect valve damages, However , sometimes you get lucky depending which cylinder it stop on and if that piston hits the valves or not..(best thing to do is install belt first and recheck compression) Also, if the engine cranks over repeatedly after stall out , this might bend the valves some more....We offer complete engine repair ,...you can visit us at brakeplusinc.com
