is the cooling fan facing out the car or facing to the inside of the car? on 1995 Isuzu Pickup

I am installing an electric cooling fan and I don't know if the cooling fan goes in the inside facing the radiator out or it should go out side facing the radiator to the inside of the engine?

No matter what, the airflow should always be from front to back, from outside grill towards engine. Period. Otherwise above 20 mph the fan would be working against the wind flow. From there you have to figure out if the fan will be blowing (between the grill and radiator) or sucking (between the radiator and engine). Read the installation manual carefully as you have two variables to contend with, the placement of the blades, and the rotation of the motor once you know where it's going to be placed. Enjoy.
