I have a 93 ford areostar , we replaced the motor last year , now sometimes it won't start it makes a clicking sound, it has to sit for a while then it'll start ,....sometimes !then it will run fine then once I shut it off it may not start again !!! .could this be the starter ? we also just replaced the selenoid . thanks mary beth

The starter could be beginning to fail as they get hot the internal components will freeze in position until it cools down, One way to determine if the starter has locked up when hot is to tap it with a hammer then if it starts you know that the starter needs to be replaced.
I RECENTLY HAD A BATTERY BLOW UP IN MY FACE AND I'AM VERY SCARRED OF THE PIECE OF JUNK NOW. I TRIED TO HOOK UP A PORTABLE JUMPER THAT HAD BEEN CHARGING FOR AT LEAST THE WHOLE WEEK. CONNECTING (BLA...
