Question: Is my engine siezed ?

While driving the car just shutdown,I pulled over and it wouldn't even crank,battery is good,everything else works on the interior

    Did you hear any noise when this happened? Did the oil pressure warning came on, did the temperature gauge went up to the high?
    You need to tow it to a repair shop for a diagnostic.
    They will check if the engine could be turned manually.
