Is my 2001 Chevy Venture Equip with a Radiator Fan Switch/Sensor? on 2001 Chevrolet Venture

The Radiator Cooling Fan turn-on when the temperature gauge is already near the Red Line of the gauge. Is my 2001 Chevy Venture equipped With a RADIATOR FAN SWITCH/SENSOR? If so where it is located? I replaced already the thermostat and Coolant Temperature Sensor with a new ones. Are the Radiator Fan Switch/Sensor and Coolant Temperature Sensor the same. Will it Help if I will Flush my radiator and put a new coolant/antifreeze?

In the under hood fuse ox check the two 30 AMP fuses marked Cool Fan 1 and Cool Fan 2. the powertarin control module turns on the fans based on engine coolant temp switch, which must be OK or the engine would run poorly and set a Check Engine Light. There are 3 relays in the cooling fan circuit.
