is it my rear main seal on 1999 Dodge Neon

i have a oil leak , one place tells me it is the head gasket and the other said that it is rear main seal

Engine oil leaks are very common at the head gaskets and cam sensor o-rings. Both can appear to be a rear main seal leak. Rear main seal leaks are not that common on these engines. I suggest having the engine throughly cleaned in the areas of the leaks, add flourscent engine oil dye to the engine oil, drive the vehicle for a few days and have a qualified technician check for the source of the leaks using a Ultra Violet (UV) lamp. you may get lucky and find the camshaft sensor O-ring is the source.
