1999 Dodge Neon Question: is it my rear main seal

i have a oil leak , one place tells me it is the head gasket and the other said that it is rear main seal -

Engine oil leaks are very common at the head gaskets and cam sensor o-rings. Both can appear to be a rear main seal leak. Rear main seal leaks are not that common on these engines. I suggest having the engine throughly cleaned in the areas of the leaks, add flourscent engine oil dye to the engine oil, drive the vehicle for a few days and have a qualified technician check for the source of the leaks using a Ultra Violet (UV) lamp. you may get lucky and find the camshaft sensor O-ring is the source. -
