    Not really. But an experienced mechanic with good tools is!
    Now, if this job is being done because of a traction contol/abs malfunction that required the bearing/hub assemblies to be replaced due to bad sensors, a scan tool may be needed to clear any codes that may be stored due to the malfunction.
