  I took my '82 buick regal to fleet tech auto repair with a carburetor problem. I tried everything by myself, rebuild kits, tuning, new jets, to no avail. I called around for some professional help and everyone seemed totally uninterested and just ready to give an estimate and move on. When i found fleet tech online at first i was skeptical. But once i talked to jeff (the owner) he made me feel as if my car were already fixed. we discussed everything i had tried and and all the things that i didnt. Jeff was very thourough over the phone and extreamly well mannered in person. When i dropped my car off jeff even gave me a ride home!! The techs in the shop are very nice and itelligent. You can see that their collaboration makes short work of even the most difficult problems. All in all fleet tech is the best mechanic i've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I will continue to take my vehicle here and will recommend them to all my friends

  I want to recognize Jeff as an excellent mechanic. He is bright, knowledgeable, honest and very accurate when it comes to diagnosing car problems. I do not know where to start.

  I have a Volvo that had been going from mechanic to mechanic, including the Volvo dealer service, trying to resolve a stalling issue.
  Looking for information on the net regarding the problem, I stumbled upon Jeff's and FleetTech reviews on the yelp website. I decided to give him a call and see what he had to say.

  I was surprised and a bit skeptical when Jeff told me he never had a car dropped at his shop with an issue where he wasn't able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Well, he was right, he not only fixed my Volvo, he also fixed my son's Camry and my other replacement Camry that I bought because I had a car but I could not use it; no mechanic could find out what was wrong with it.

  If you happen to be looking for a friendly, reliable, affordable, and out of the box thinking mechanic just go to Jeff and his young and bright team. I am going to suggest to Jeff to change his company name from FleetTech to FleetGeeks. They have the technology and computers to diagnose car problems, but they also put on their thinking cap to find the problems.

  Many car issues do not generate a computer code to tell the mechanic what is wrong with the car, but we the clients know the car does not run properly. Since the mechanics don't see any computer codes; they start changing parts at random. The customer spends a lot of money in parts and tests, till the mechanics or dealer service finally send you home telling you the car is OK, but the issue is still there.

  Jeff does not rely on the computer only; he uses his brain.
  He saved me a lot of money. His diagnostics were right on target and it cost me half or less of the price other mechanics and/or the dealers would have charged me if they were ever able to find out what was wrong with the car.

  A prior mechanic told me the Camry needed a head gasket because it was leaking oil. Jeff asked to see the car because he did not think that was the case just by listening to the description of the car's symptoms that I related to him. Again, he was right, the valves were leaking; and that cost me about of the suggested wrong repair advice given by the prior mechanic.

  Wow, I am so thankful, now I know that Jeff can repair any car issues.

  I live more than 20 miles from Jeff's shop, but I will go there to fix my cars.

  Jeff is a Guru! He has an uncanny knack for knowing just went wrong with my truck, even before he sees it. he is attentive and courteous, and always makes me feel like I am his only customer.

  In a world full of untrustworthy rip off artists, Jeff is a welcome relief to the world of automotive repair.

  Talk about service! Jeff is truely a breath of fresh air. My Jeep died and not knowing any mechanics I took a shot and called a mobile service. You never know what your going to get, I guess I picked right. I found Jeff very knowledgable, courtious, fair and very attentive to solving a problem, which he quickly did. Above all he is very honest, he could have told me anything but he pin pointed the problem without trying to sell me something I didn't need. When Jeff says he'll be there he is. I highly recommend this shop and commend Jeff and his staff on there outstanding work ethic. Thanks again Fleet Tech.

  Dan Q. After shopping around for automotive parts and service, I called Fleet Tech to discuss my issues. Jeff knew exactly what my problems were and quoted me roughly half of what the dealership would charge. We made the appointment and he was on time, very professional, showed up with the parts, and did the work promptly. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and just as important, his low quote, and will ALWAYS use him with any automotive issues I have in the future. Just GREAT!!! I was so impressed, I had to write this review! Thanks again!!!

  I wanted to leave very positive feedback for Jeff at FleetTech. I would highly recommend him and his service. My car would not start at my parent's house in Newark and I tried a few basic diagnostics on my own. Before long, I knew I had to get a mechanic to properly diagnose and repair why my car would not start since it was either a sensor, bad electric or fuel pump. I did not want to spend $100-$200 to get my car towed to my independent mechanic in SJ (since they specialize in Saab's). I did not want to get it towed to some unknown mechanic in the Newark/Fremont area so I was referred to Jeff at FleetTech. I called him to explain the symptoms and what I tried to diagnose. He was patient on the phone and very friendly. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and we set up a time the following day for him to stop by and check out my car.

  The next day Jeff and his partner Roberto showed up in Newark with this big, and obviously very equipped van. He didn't waste anytime and within 30-40 min pinpointed it to a bad fuel pump. I knew a fuel pump is not an easy thing to replace and the parts are pretty expensive. He found the part locally and within an hour I was up and running again.

  Jeff and Roberto at FleetTech are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. FleetTech is now my go-to for car repairs and maintenance.
