The service was poor and extremely slow. I was told it would be completed in less than one day, and in reality it took THREE. This wouldn't have been that much of an issue if I hadn't informed them that I don't live by the bay. I live two hours away, and I couldn't afford I stay in the city. They told me they would accommodate me and get it done first thing Monday morning. Which was not the truth. Whenever I called to get an update, they were vague and rude and careless. On top of that, I paid them to fix an issue and they didn't actually fix it. Two weeks after the "repair", the issue returned. I've never been so enraged at a business before. Basically I spent $150 for them to keep my car for three days, not fix it, and be be stranded in the city and had to miss two days of work.
