While the initial service was excellent, it seemed to slip over time. After the 1st service the car was cleaned quickly etc. Later it seemed the focus was to get the work done with no consideration for client experience. Also, I felt nickeled and dimed. Going in for an oil change turned into bills for $200 for "extras" which I was not consulted about. Finally, I spent over $4k on major repairs/service. The very next visit for an oil change the told me I needed another $600 in work. Seems like they are always looking to get more out of my pocket. I also do not like the constant email and text prompts. If I don't respond to them, it may be because there schedule of when I need work does not match mine. I would prefer a call asking me how the car is running and making sure I am on target rather than being told in a text that I need service.
