This is the most unprofessional group of people that I've ever dealt with. However, I can't say that I wasn't pre-warned about their level of service. If they give you a date that your vehicle will be ready, take it with a grain of salt. You will not get it on the expected finish date. After bringing my car in for a engine light warning, I asked them to investigate the problem and other issues that may be present. They recommended a tune up so we proceeded with a tune up. $375 later the low oil light was still on. Owner said "We didn't discuss that problem in the beginning. I recommend you take it to a BMW shop and have them diagnose it". Thanks for recommending a BMW shop buddy. I thought YOU were a foreign car repair shop. Wish I had went to a more reputable repair shop.

Used to sing the praises of this shop until my husband took his car in for repairs. I drove by this shop twice a day everday to and from work andhe car sat in the same place in the yard up until the day they finally called to say it was ready did they move it. This told me they waited till the last minute to fix it; He didn't. even have it back for 24 hours and it broke down again. He took his car in on April 19th of 2013, they had it for a month, he had it back less than a day and here it is June 26 2013 and they still have it! On top of that, its now sitting in the yard with the windows down and covered with a tarp! In my opinion, unless you have other viable transportation don't. take your car here! Hopefully my husband will listen and have it towed somewhere else to be fixed!

The service in this shop has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! The owner works side by side with his help and personally checks each vehicle before calling the customer to say the car, truck or van is ready. Never before have I seen this quality in the level of service and I have had vehicles repaired on the Gulf Coast from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Pensacola, Florida! You cannot and will not go wrong by having your vehicle serviced at Internal Auto Service
