Car starts fine first thing, but on hot days (90 deg +) it will not start after a second trip. If the car sits for 30 minutes it starts ok. Deler could not find a problem. It's my daughters car help

In order to isolate the root cause of this concern, a scan tool must monitor the problem as the concern is happening. Unfortuantely, it sounds as if your computer did not leave any trouble codes in memory, so such components as a fuel pump or a crankshaft speed sensor might be intermittedly failing. Try to help duplicate the conditions for the dealership service personel. If all else fails, ask the Ford dealer to install the VDR or vehicle data recorder. This equipment digitally records the parameters needed to diagnose your intermitted concern.

Intermittent problems are frustrating at best, especially when it is your daughter’s car, I know. Most Ford intermittent starting problems can be duplicated when the shop follows the same scenario that triggers the event. Depending on if it is a “No crank” or a “Crank but no start condition” it can generally be duplication within the same day. Even though it was 90+ degree day I believe it is a “Hot soak” problem. The first step is to have her drop off the vehicle at a shop willing to spend the time and effort to duplicate the problem. Then proper repairs can be made.
