interior on 1998 Toyota Corolla

How do I access the in dash light bulbs? They are burnt out. The gear shift one is too but I guess that is expensive to replace. My interior molding (trim) fell off. Near the windshield, above the door. What parts do I need to put is back on? It looks like there are some kind of stud and groove thing going to snap it back on.

The interior molding is probably glued on, and the glue has gotten old, hot, and failed. You can get interior glue from 3M that is stronger than iron.
