intake manifold replaced and 3 windows down wont go up on 1997 Lincoln Town Car

windows are over two years down, and now just found out I need a intake manifold which costs over 1 thousand dollars.

That's bad news. Intake manifolds are expensive. That quote sounds a bit high. Did you check the estimator on RepairPal? When windows are down and don't go up, that's normally because the Door Window Regulator is broken and needs to be replaced. You can also look up the cost of this repair on RepairPal.

I bought intake manifold stop leak, it worked. Was told it would need to be replaced.

i was also told the intake manifold needed to be replaced and it would cost over $700 with labor.
