instrument panel on 1990 Chevrolet Astro

temp,oil pressure and speedometer are all not working on instrument panel. could this be wiring, fuses ?

It's possible it's a blown fuse but that may not explain the speedo failure. Of course, connector or wiring problems may be the cause. You may need to find a GM specialist or an auto electric shop. If you want to find a specialist, here's a directory link for you:
