What computer did you replace? Are any other items not working at the same time as the instrument cluster?

I had the same issue ..It's cold solder joints on the back of the instrument cluster. I took it out and touched most of the solder joints with a soldering iron. It worked fine afterwards OR replace the cluster.

Your problem might be like my 98's pull instrument cluster and redo solder joints at
main plug.My had a code of no TCM input.
