I would like to purchase a cd changer online for my car that has the actual installation wiring in the glove box. It has two seperate wires with plug-ins attached.Can I just attach myself or will I have to set it up with mercedes benz?

JourneymanWhen installing a factory disc changer into a Mercedes-Benz the unit will have to be coded into the vehicle's electrical system for it to work. Also, it will need to be added into the fiber optic loop of the car. I suggest having a Mercedes-Benz dealership do this for you to insure proper operation.
