Installing a camshaft sensor on 2003 Ford Mustang

Installed the camshaft sensor and it runs fine above 1500 rpm and really rough below. How do I adjust it?

There is special Cam Sensor alignment tool and with out it, it is very, very difficult. You can try to ever so slightly rotate the Cam Sensor while the car is idling. Remove the spout connector or octane connector and use a timing light to try and set base timing at 10 degrees when the car is warmed up and idling.
