Inspect brake switch and update PCM if you experience CEL during cranking on Chrysler 300

There may be an intermittent three- to five-second delay between when you turn the key and when the engine actually cranks. If the Check Engine Light illuminates, the brake switch should be inspected and the PCM may need updated software.

Intermittent start/no start, all normal gauges work and indicators, but just no sound of starting with both key fobs..........................PCM has already been flashed once by one of the local dealerships, no bettery or normal charging issues seen by multiple dealerships and repair shops and no codes stored
