I just purchased the entire plastic console piece inside the car.The 2 plastic cup holders/coin slots/arm rest down to the ash try. What is the best way to disconnect that entire console and best way replace the new one.

    The best way would be the only way, by removing a stack of screws, gear lever and hand brake boot. Sometimes seats help
