Assuming you have a 4WD, I came up with over 20 hours labor to replace the timing chain, tensioner and guide. It's about 6 hours less with 2WD. Parts are over $400 easy, including coolant and motor oil and filter, cleaning materials, sealers and such. You better call around and find a good shop to do this job.
