Does the Check Engine light come on when you turn the key come on? If not the Computer is not receiving power. The computer needs to see inputs, it processes these inputs and then commands spark and fuel. The crank/cam angle sensor at the front of the cam it a critical input for injector pulse to happen. I suppose a pin out test at the computer to verify power and grounds would be a good place to start. Dp you have a workshop manual, or good wiring diagram.
There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers. You get a one year subscription to year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... great quality information same as the professionals have ,much better than generic workshop manuals from parts stores, much cheaper than the factory manual. http://www.alldatadiy.com/
The information and test procedures are easy to follow.
