Question: Inherited '82 Lincoln Continental.Locking lug nut. How to get replacement key?

My mother died and left me her beautiful old Lincoln. Can't change flat tire due to locking lug nuts. I have NO idea where to find the key. Please, help? Have car serial #.

    Do the locks stick out?
    What works sometimes is you take an impact socket that almost fit
    over the lock,hammer socket over lock nut and that will remove
    them sometimes with a breaker bar.

    Thamks so much for your kind interest. One of my neighbors volunteered to get it off for me. He succeeded after considerable effort. Now, I don't know how to remove my question from this website. Thanks for your reply.
