Courteous, prompt service and vehicles that are "fixed right the first time" are the priorities of this shop. Great grandson Jim is now in charge, with three other family members still involved. Ward Service treats all of their customers like family, as indicated by their excellent Net Promoter Score of 80. Their motto has always been, "The best job is the job done right the first time." They have dealer-level diagnostic equipment and well trained, ASE certified technicians to make this happen. They work on all makes and models and are also a certified Smog Test and Repair Station.

We also found their tools and equipment to be among the best, with an excellent assortment of dealer level scan tools. This shop also scored very well in our Customer Convenience category. They are conveniently located near other businesses and services, offer a shuttle service and rental cars, and have free WiFi in the waiting room. They are also open on Saturdays.
