In August of 2012 I took my 2007 Camry to the dealer because the the check engin on 2007 Toyota Camry

Diagnosis Code p0137. Dealer replaced replaced oxygen sensor. Now its Aug 2013 and the check engine light is fading in and out. I have no money what can I do to fix the problem?

I'm assuming you mean the check engine light is flashing??? More info needed to help. You need to get codes pulled free at a auto parts store. Need codes to help. Previous repair is probably not related to present problem.
