If you have separate climate control for driver and passenger then its a dual climate control, there will be two blend door actuators one for driver and one for passenger. It is possible that its the actuator is no longer working but have it diagnosed and tested by a reputable shop to verify.

Then there should only be one blend door and actuator. Make sure your ac is fully charged. Possible only one side of the evaporator core is cooling.
