    I have owned many cars over the years and consider myself fairly well versed on what it takes to keep good cars on the road. When a request came to me to help find a qualified mechanic for an extremely well maintained Audi that was recently purchased in Raleigh, I started looking around.
    Import Performance’s site caught my eye so I made a call. I instantly knew that this was a quality facility. I have accompanied that AUDI A6 to their shop for the owner on a few occasions and am most impressed. They gave me a tour of their very clean mechanics area and up to date equipment. I was able to chat with a couple of the mechanics and found them not only knowledgeable but concerned about doing things right.
    They have been extremely thorough in their diagnostics and they clearly understand the importance of keeping a car in as good a condition as possible. I share that philosophy and have always enjoyed the results of a well maintained machine.
    I realize how difficult it can be for persons who might not know automobiles at the level that I do to find someone reliable to work on their car. I can assure you that I feel totally comfortable with their recommendations for work needed and found it quite refreshing to be told that they didn't think I'd need some work I had wondered about. That is the mark of a ethical shop!

    I had to bring in the Audi A4 for repair unexpectedly. The service was really good and the stuff friendly and pro-active. I didn't have to wait, they took immediately care of me - and the care. The repair was explained so that even I, as "non-car-freak" could understand what the problem was, what had to be done and how long it would take. They have a comfortable waiting room or can arrange a shuttle to drive you home

    I had to get an oil pan reseal done. Was fast and the quote given was the amount paid. Excellent service.

    The guys were great. I My poor baby 2003 Audi a4 got sick. I took it to Import Performance after trying twice a local dealer. Without wasting anytime they checked my car and within 20 minutes I had a quote on job.Within 2 hours I was out of there. My Audi will never go anywhere else.
