Import Master

I was ripped off of $2,300.00. All the work preformed at this shop had to be redone at another shop. The shop that redid the work called Import Master trying to get a refund for me since I brought them my invoice of what work supposedly was done. The owner of Import Masters refused to take responsibility for the work he DIDN'T PREFORM. I am currently filing a law suit against him and his shop. Me and my family, I later found out, where driving in a car with a wheel about to fall off. We could have been seriously injured or maybe even dead.

Just to mention as well. After I supposibky got my car fixed it was having the same problems so I took it back in to get it checked. The owner of Import Masters looked at my car and said it was not the same problem and sent me on my way in my death trap.

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

ok this place supposedly "specialize" in hondas. tell me why i took my 05' civic in to replace my camshaft sensor (i found out by getting a smog test first) and the manager insisted on changing my timing belt along with it (@ only 8400miles) because its necessary when you're taking out everything anyway. 3 weeks later my car was over heating so i took it back. he changed the water pump. not even a week later it overheated again so i took it back and he said i was
'a air pocket in the pump.' 1 week later it overheated again so i took it to another shop and he said i had a blown head gasket!!! which costs around $1500 to replace (not to mention possibly replacing the timing belt, AGAIN from damage and etc.) i called import masters and spoke to the manger and told him the situation and asked if he did a block test before he changed the water pump he said he ran it and filled up the coolant but it appeared to be ok but it possibly could have been a blown head gasket. (HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEN!!) after telling me that he put me on hold and never picked up! DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!! I WAS $2000!!!
