Kind and friendly.
Great service and nice people!
They did a great job in fixing my crankshaft engine seal and they checked the whole engine while they were at it. They also made recommendations about future repairs and they tried to save me money with discounts.
Always helpful, knowledgeable both Brian's good people and fair owner.
I had my 2008 Mercedes Sprinter serviced here. The service was to include replacing the fuel filter. When they went to replace they discovered that the fuel line had been damaged when the fuel filter was last replaced. They were helpful with taking photographs so that I could recoup the cost of replacing from the last place I had it serviced, where the damage occurred. And lastly, somehow, my spare tire carrier got dented. I am not exactly sure when and how this occurred. I am meticulous about my vehicles and did not notice until I got home from having the service. They had me bring the vehicle back in, removed spare tire carrier, and had a body shop next door fix the dent. Since I was not sure when or how it occurred I offered to pay for half of the repair to Brian the owner. He took care of it completely, and in turn, he has a customer for life.
Took care of a big water pump, timing belt etc. Job very quickly with great customer service.
Good work and fixed the problem.
I had a check engine light on and took it into Import Auto Specialists. They diagnosed the problem and it turns out it was just an oxygen sensor. Bill took care of my car quickly and was very courteous. Thanks to them my car is running great.
They were really helpful and went above and beyond what I had needed.
They were supposed to go through the vehicle and make a detailed report on the items that they found. $1200 later, they failed to notice that the brakes were bad, the side door was bent and that the shocks on the back would probably fit better on a semi-truck. the work they did do hasn't broken yet, so I guess that's something
They do a great job, I've been coming here for years!
It was a very simple process: they inspected the car, figured out what it needed, quoted me a reasonable price, and took care of it within the day. As smooth and easy of an experience as you can get.
Quick affordable service.
Excellent service and communication.
Excellent work and customer service at reasonable cost.
Communication was horrible. I took my SUV here to have it inspected and get quotes for any repairs necessary. I paid $120 for the inspection and was told they would type up the estimate and email it to me by the end of the day. I had to call several times for over a week to finally get my quote, being promised each time that it would be emailed that day. Then had to call back twice to ask for the rest of the quote, they left several things off. One of $5,000 worth of quotes of things I needed to repair was a quote for front shocks and struts (very expensive), and the written quote stated "shocks and struts are worn and need to be replaced. Worn shocks and struts are dangerous and can lead to......." which didn't seem to be right, considering it had only been two years since I had had them replaced. After confirming that I had indeed replaced them with lifetime warranty parts I took my car elsewhere, where I was reassured that not only did they not need to be replaced but they still looked unworn and new. I contacted Brian at Import Auto Specialist and asked how that could have happened, that I would get a quote for something that, very obviously from looking at it, did not need to be done. He said that they probably didn't inspect that part, that they just included the quote for work that was recommended based upon the mileage. What "inspection" did I pay for? What other work did they recommend that didn't actually need to be done. Needless to say, I took my vehicle elsewhere, where I was reassured and informed of the few items that needed to be done, what of those needed to be done right away (not many) and what could wait because they were still in great shape in spite of the recommended replacement mileage. I will never take a vehicle to Import Auto Specialists again. I felt duped, taken advantage of, and treated like my business was not important.
They replaced brakes but recommended other services.
Do what they say and prices are very reasonable.
I already wrote them a great Yelp review.
I can count on quality and quick service, professional staff and courtesy ride if needed. They truly are the place to take your vehicle for needed repairs!
Great guys, great service.
Very satisfied, technician was very knowledgeable
I stopped by for a courtesy vehicle health assessment.
These guys are good my go to spot for anything auto repair on my Lexus! Always quick, fair, and friendly.
My S55 produced a noise that appeared to come from the front left engine compartment. Brian diagnosed it as a bad pump. Approximately $1500 later and with a new pump, the same noise from the same location in the engine compartment remained.
Alway happy to recommend IAS. That have been keeping my car in top condition well into the car's old age.....18. It's still performing like new, and I anticipate keeping it quite a few years more.
