    Rently took my Range Rover to Import and Vintage Repairs.
    They put on new rotators and a thermostat ($2000).
    Picked up my car and only drove down the street and it was
    thumping and thudding.
    Immediately returned the car back to the shop.
    The rotators were warped! They would not stand behind the work
    they had just performed, however be cautious because they will
    upsell you on other items that has nothing to do the work they
    just performed incorrectly. They said the noise was due to
    needing a new drive shaft ($2100).
    Took the car to Firestone and they diagnosed the rotators were
    warped. They corrected Import and Vintages work that was performed. It was as simple as shearing down the rotators that
    Import and Vintage installed and no drive shaft was needed.
    In my opinion, this company just wants to upsell and not
    correct the problem.

    I've used Import and Vintage for almost 10 years and couldn't be happier. They are extremely thorough and always present a range of options when facing problems that need a solution. Frankly it's better and much more thorough service than the stealership.
