The person im buying from it was this persons car used for personel use,I dont know of how meany miles,i was told it runs good the only problem knowen is the air con dont work,however there fixing that problem,and the rocker panil is rusted,i dont know much about buicks,could some one tell me if the car is worth buying?I dont have alot of info on this car this is it,but this person I know takes good care of there cars.thank you

If it is in Wisconsin, then being 14 years old it probably has more rust than the rocker panel.
Fourteen years old? That's a little old to be buying as a used car. Try for something around 5 years to 10 years old.
That way you will probably be driving it for several years.
And WHY does the air conditioner not work? The compressor needed for the AC also is responsible for the defrosting/defogging done when the heater is working.

I drive a 1998 Buick LeSabre currently, and I cut the AC compressor out because I could hear a tinkling metallic sound coming from it, I was told it was bearings and if it seized, my serpentine belt would also so I put a bypass pulley in it's place. My heat and defrost work just fine.
